Thanks to the advent of breakthrough technology, we can now easily capture every moment. However, in the past, this wasn’t always the case. This is why these iconic photos managed to stand the test of time. Some of these photos became so influential later on as they immortalized a moment in history or a captured a significant event. The highest spiritual leader of the Gelugpa sect of Buddhism is none other than the Dalai Lama. This branch of Buddhism is the newest school of Tibetan Buddhism. In the picture, you can see the current Dalai Lama. Tenzin Gyatso is the 14th person in history to hold the title and he is just a baby in this photo. He is well-known for his wisdom and here are some of his famous quotes: “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries”, “Be kind whenever possible.
