Beverly Hillbillies creator Paul Henning paid about $500 to shoot at the Bel Air mansion that was built in 1933 and named the Kirekyby Mansion. This was where the beloved titular family was shown to live on the show, and after the show’s run ended, it was sold to Jerry Perenchio.
