Will Wheaton became a household name after appearing in “Stand by Me” in 1986. He went on to play the role of Ensign Wesley Crusher in “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” on which he starred until 1994. After that, Wheaton retired from Hollywood and relocated to Topeka, Kansas. He works for a technology company and occasionally accepts small roles in TV series.
