Toasted S’mores Milkshake:
Just the word “s’mores” is enough to get one’s taste buds watering. Especially in this case when we’re talking about a s’mores milkshake that aids with weight loss. Is your mind blown? Cause ours is. Did we mention that the Toasted S’mores milkshake is also lactose-friendly?! It’s the A2 milk that makes it dairy-free AND it’s the A2 milk that also lowers the amount of total calories. What a beautiful concoction.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups A2 Whole Milk
2.5 oz gluten free graham crackers 1 1/2 sheets
3 tablespoons mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon agave
.5 oz dark chocolate shavings
Directions:
Pour one cup of whole milk into an ice cube tray. Let this freeze. When ready to eat, set the oven to broil.
On a greased cookie sheet, layer 3 tablespoons of marshmallows. Then broil for 1-2 minutes. Remove.
In a blender, add an entire cup of whole milk ice cubes, 1/2 cup of liquid whole milk, 2 oz graham crackers, cocoa powder, and agave.
Blend until smooth. (If this is too thick, then add 1 tablespoon milk, or more if needed, to thin out.)
Pour milkshake into glasses and drink up!
Dairy-Free Red Velvet Frappuccino:
Oh man, a delicious frappé drink that doesn’t interfere with your weight loss plans? Heaven! The Dairy-Free Red Velvet Frappuccino Milkshake is dairy-free and seriously low in sugar AND fat. PLUS, it has meets all your caffeine needs and wants. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not, it’s perfect.
Ingredients:
Red Velvet Swappuccino
1/2 cup Cold Pressed Coffee
2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 ripe frozen bananas
4 tsp cocoa powder
4 tsp honey
1 tsp finely shaved dark chocolate
1 tsp finely shaved dark chocolate
Vegan Whipped Cream
2 1/2 cups ice
1 can coconut milk frozen or refrigerated
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Vegan Whipped Cream –
Open the can, remove the solid coconut cream, and transfer into a bowl. Whip together with the vanilla until thick and light, then set aside for the time-being.
Red Velvet Swappuccino –
Get that large blender out so you can pulse the coffee, Almond Milk, raspberries, bananas, cocoa powder, honey, and ice until it has reached a shaved consistency. Pour into four cups. Top off with a tablespoon of coconut vegan whipped cream and then sprinkle with dark chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries. YUM.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup cherry juice (or other red juice)
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
